One of my top wishes: To eat without getting fats.
LOL That's impossible unless you exercise and burn all the calories you take. The thing is, it is darn cold during winter, how can I manage to get up at 6 in the morning and jog? Sounds impossible for me but I will try (For those who know me well, I've already said this for thousands times but ended up sleeping in my bed.)
And here comes winter, cannot resist food. They are so tempting aye! Undeniably winter is time to gain weight T.T Anyway I started to eat a lot, yes, A LOT at the beginning of autumn because I need energy to insulate my body. (What an excuse)
Heavy breakfast. Cornflakes with Milo powder aha. :p
Nah sometimes I eat healthy food kay? Cornflakes with grapes!
And then brunch, mom always nags that brunch is not good for health. I need proper meal but during weekend I wake up at 10 or 11, so yeah, I eat brunch.
Due to the cold weather, main meal cannot really satisfy me...
SNACKS.

How I drink papaya milk and carrot milk.
I take the nutrition into account, if you blend the fruit/vege you will spoil the vitamin molecules or whatever lah inside.

It's even worst during schooldays. I eat with my classmates every single lessons. LOL We need to take mouth muscles exercise in order to keep us awake. Normally we have M&Ms, rice crackers, chips and grapes.

What about supper? LOL! It's not really supper lah cos I don't have the habit to eat after 9pm.
But, due to the hectic weeks doing assignments till late midnight+skype-ing with friends who eat during skype conversation made me have the urge to eat.
Then I got myself almonds. <3 I heart almonds.
Lazy to cook a proper Italian meal? Get Easy Mac. 4 minutes gao-dim!
Last but not least, dinner. I usually don't have dinner because by the time I reach home, which is normally 7pm I am extremely exhausted, what I want to do is to bath and sleep.
Only when it's Friday...
I can't tell how much I love pumpkins carrots and broccolis. :D and yea lamb.

Especially when you have them at 10pm. it's PM!

Believe it or not, some of them are gone, in my stomach. -.- except for the timtam.
So, I question you. HOW CAN I NOT GET FAT DURING WINTER!?

HAHAHA. Thank God that I need to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the bus stop and walk uphill for 15-20 minutes to my school every single schooldays. I don't want to take the free loop bus to school unless it's raining cats and dogs so that I have excuses for myself to eat: Already exercise liao can eat le la. Nonsense.
