A fabulous juice bar beside IES (495 Boundary Street, Spring Hill), it is one of the most popular store that IES students visit. I didn't notice it during semester one; However, I was totally in love with the smoothies/blenders sold there after I had my first try. In fact, the owner/tauke there is really friendly! They often serve free juices or cookies to us.
Paw Paw/Papaya
Banana Cake.
There was once I ordered papaya blenders without banana before lessons started, but he gave me the one blended with banana. I gave it to my friend and went there again to get another cup. He recognized me and asked me why did I get double. I told him the reason and guess what. He gave me a banana and coconut cake. -.- I was like what the hackkk I don't like banana. HAHAHA.
Advertising the cake nature.
All the smoothies and blenders are made with 100% real fruit (THIS IS TRUEEE!) and 93% fat free yoghurt! Smoothies are the drinks blended with cow milk or soy milk while blenders are blended with pine/orange juice. I personally love blenders more.
Mango blenders with macadamia and prune.
Papaya blenders blended with almond and apricot.
Papaya and macadamia only. Not as thick as the one I had before.
Mixed berries with macadamias and dates.
This is it! the coconut and banana cake. :p
The one I just had this morning. Strawberry with pepita(pumpkin seeds) and dates.
I always get my brunch from Ambrosia, I think tauke recognized me cos I'm always the most annoying customer, NO BANANA PLEASE. HAHA :P
Anyway, feel free to visit Spring Hill and give this a go! According to my friends, ice blended coffee is highly recommended as well. It is blended with yoghurt and ice cream.
