Day 3: Dear Mommie & Daddy

*To be frank, I totally forgot about the 30 Days Challenge! Till I read my previous posts...*

Day 3!

Dear Parents,

Mommie, you are always our superwoman. When daddy wasn't around, you woke up early in the morning, washing our clothes->spending at least 10 minutes to pull all of us out from the bed->preparing breakfast->sending us to school and facing the massive traffic jams every schooldays morning! You won't be free 24 hours 7 days, you always claimed yourself as our private driver and yes you were!!! I have never knew that driving is so tiring until I have actually drove. (especially during traffic jam). You are always so supportive, humorous and strict. I love the way you whatsapp me, always ignoring the things that I've mentioned before my last msg and reply ONLY my last msg. It's like only my last msg in whatsapp is read-able. I love the way you nag us when you are annoyed, but normally we ignore all those automatically-opps sorry. Anyway mommie, I love you like how you love me.

Daddy, there is a saying goes, daughters always get closer with moms. You must understand us and don't makan cuka kayy? In fact, I have not been living with you for more than 3 months since 2006, you are always busy working! But I know you work for our future, you want us to study in top universities; live well, study well and play well. And we know you always love us no matter what we do! Okay, I'm so sorry if I am being rude to you sometimes by ignoring everything that you say and not even bother answering you (when I'm really in bad mood), & I know you will never get angry if I do that :p Mommie always nags us when we bully you like that owww. Anyway lah, I love you too like how you love me. teeheee.

Dad&Mom, I can't always be at your side, don't worry I will take good care of myself! and sister too. If either one of you is reading this, don't spam my wechat/whatsapp/even call me at 9pm sharp every night(except Saturday nights cos you know where will I be). hehehee, bear In mind I don't like wechat and will eventually abandon it for days until I check the notifications or, when you call sis up and start scolding us for not replying wechat. :-(

nah. still love you! muahhhhhhhhhhhhs.

2kgs isnt a big deal LOL

hey, greetings from SI, sorry for the lack of updates and YES I'm back in home sweet home, two weeks ago. muahaha, Thanks Daddy for the unlimited internet package. It officially launches today on the 25th of May! and finally I can browse the internet without worrying about the internet quota! which means I can finally read all the blogs' updates, yes I love reading blogs, trying to catch up now!

Back in HSH is good, being with family is always the precious moment, but awwwww I've gained 2kgs (at least).  Okay, I shouldn't blame my family for this, cos when I tried to recall, I've been binge eating the few days before I'm back in SI. *banggg* The week before I'm back in SI, I can vividly remember that I had suppers almost every night; and somehow I fall in love with CAKES after a few birthday celebrations in April; not to forget the chilly weather! I just wanted to stay in my warm bed without moving. So consequently, 2kgs heyy.

Apparently I need to exercise so I kinda force myself to get onto the treadmill now, but seriously I HATE TREADMILL. 30 minutes only, but still, I hate it I hate it. I rather eat less so that I don't need to run. boo.

Whatever lah, I love food, so I will never ever starve myself. Just gonna shed that 2kgs off when i'm back in Brisbane, hopefully I can. LOL.

Enough for this, time for dramasss!

Quick update: that bomb on 6 May 2013

Okay lah, there comes the results of GE13. I woke up at 5 something this morning to check the results and couldn't get back to sleep again.. That melancholy has overwhelmed most of the Malaysians... But then honestly speaking, I'm not that into politics and last night my uncle even lectured me on how Parliament works and how a party can win. Back in 2008, I was 14 and I only got to know it's election day when I watched the TV3 news at night. This year, 2013, I don't know why are we so concerned about the election, perhaps we all has grown up!

So, 5 May 2013 is Malaysians' big day. 6 May 2013 is a dark blue Monday for us, and of course ME! Geez, it just drops me a super big explosive bomb. which is: I'm leaving Aus this weekend. haha, bye brisbane once again. Think it positively, probably going home is the right choice. It's time for me to settle down all those hard feelings I've had since months ago. Aww I miss home. At the same time I gonna miss Brisbane.

Sydney Trip Day Three

It's 1am and I just done my shower! And am now patiently refreshing the webpage for the live results. So... let me update you guys with my sydney trip again while waiting.. It was the third day!

Before I start.. LEEHOM concert on the previous night. It was so awesome.
We was too excited and didn't manage to sleep early, consequently we ended up having brunch at The Rag Land cafe @ Waterloo
The owner is a Malaysian!

That's why the cafe has nasi lemak on the special menu..

Harbour Bridge.. was thinking to climb it but the fees are way too expensive!

 Sydney Opera House

Then we took the train to The Rock because we wanna have the pancake over there, but at last we didn't cos it's just similar to the Pancake Manor in Brisbane.

at the train station, heading back to the city.

and we started our shopping at QVB and Myer Centre.
YESH we met Dato' Lee Chong Wei at QVB!
so lucky right

We finished our shopping around 3pm and went to the park to kill our spare time.

I felt like I was in London. AWWW

This man was entertaining those kids!

 Korean BBQ for dinner yayyy.

and visited The Star Casino..

On the way back, the adults was obviously having fun at the playground...

Basically it made our trip even more meaningful after our photo-shooting with LCW!
someone's even trying to search for Leehom.. nahh, that's impossible to meet him.

See how mood swings...

Aha, there are 244 friends going online on my FB account, first time ever I have such a large numbers of friends not going offline on FB.. Everyone's talking about Malaysia's election.  My FB news feed is all about that; friends sending my links and results regarding the election (First time ever I'm busy with my FaceBook Chatbox, normally it's haunted.); Whatsapp is pretty useful tho at this moment, lots of updates through Whatsapp... Malaysia's big day heyyy.. Everyone's so nervous!

Somehow my mood swings a lot today and eventually shoo the worries about election away. :/ (But I'm still concerned about it)

Nahh, let's see, I was super super damn happy this morning, or probably during midnight when i woke up halfway to check my phone, actually la I thought I was dreaming! The sleep last night wasn't really that good cos apparently I had dinner and heavy dessert the night before, BUT i'm still very happy and excited. Sunday service at church is always good, only God can calm me down...
Then happy grocery shopping, chatting about food, like how we cook it and eat it. Was starving so we went to get ourselves the 'doraemon bun' (okay I don't know what it's called).  Surprisingly met some church friends in the plaza!  Rushed home and took a bus ride to the city for the Buddha festival.. At the moment I need food to maintain my happiness level but somehow the food there disappointed me A LOT. However I appreciated how my friend's trying to cheer me up HAHAHAHA and unexpectedly I  met a new friend.. That's the peak of my mood I reckon.

And then picture an U-turn in your mind now. I was playing my phone on my bed and eventually fall asleep.. I could feel how grumpy I was by the moment I woke up... I HATE THIS!!!!

Okay lah, just a random update. I'm getting better now so don't worry. A midnight jog definitely helps a lot. 3km around the suburb!

A big shout-out: BYE.

But then I met up with my family! Frozen Yoghurt from the Myer Centre is always the best!

And my daddy! Why so serious!

 My sweetheart, IMY!
But sorry jiejie isn't going back anymore:(

Was tidying my room and found this sweet msg from Ivy! !

It's been quite a while since I last visited the Brisbane City. That hustle and bustle is still the same.
 Brunch @ Campos with Vivian!
Goshhhh Campos is a really great brunch spot.

 Dinner on a random night.

And I had a random combination of food for my brunch again. Simply love the freshly blended kiwi and apple juice! Anyone? :P

 Candid shot.

On a Friday morning, I was extremely busy baking these two cakes.
First attempt on Japanese Cheesecake.  Baked them in different trays, the first one was a failure but the second one turned out good!  Fluffy and creamy!

I love cheesecake but I can't really eat them due to the high calories..!!!
And if you know me well, I love the cookie base THE MOST, I can eat the base only without the cheese filling.  So I eventually added another layer of cookie in between, that texture is super good!
Surely I'm gonna make this again, sooooooon.

 Bak Kut Teh for dinner.

And what's for dessert/supper? Max Brenner Dark Chocolate Soufle

 Preparation for our BBQ Night!

And Baked eggs in the Bun for a birthday party.
