I have been staying up late since last Saturday and I have never challenged myself before to stay up whole night, i mean, no sleep at all. Not even when I was in Form Four, the shortest sleep I had was 3 hours. But now I got the new record: 40 minutes.
It's not a right thing to do so kids, don't learn. Sleep early and wake up early is good for your health, but not sleep late and wake up early. I used to sleep late and wake up late during winter time, most probably because of the late sunrise. Spring for now, summer is coming and sun rises so early. No matter how late I go to bed, I can automatically wake up with the first bright shaft of light shinning in my room..
It's hard to believe that my mom was annoyed by me last year for waking me up during schooldays and even holidays. The smartest way she has ever used is to kick the door and apparently it worked on me. Jumping off the bed in a hurry and was still in a shock.
So... Seriously I'm not sleepy now but I'm pretty sure my metabolism rate will decrease; more wrinkles on my face(probably after twenty years); and headache.
Oh wait, I'm not sleepy but I feel so dizzy now.
